Founded in London in 2000 by Jerome Spaargaren, the firm operates from offices in the UK, Germany, Sweden, and the US, with partnerships extending into China and Japan. EIP brings together litigators, patent attorneys, and commercial IP lawyers to advise innovators across deep-tech sectors including AI, semiconductors, quantum, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
