The 2022 edition of the Legal 500 UK has been published with positive rankings for EIP’s patent litigation and patent attorney practices.

EIP’s combined patent offering attracted recognised as ‘home to one of the most active litigation practices in the country, with attorneys and solicitors joining forces on high-profile disputes’.

EIP’s patent litigation team is noted to be ‘as a prolific name in the field of FRAND litigation’ headed by ‘strategic mastermind’ Gary Mosswho is supported by Matthew Jones, Andrew Sharples, Kathleen Fox Murphy, and Robert Lundie Smith who ‘has an excellent technical understanding’.
