Rebecca specialises in mechanical-related inventions, with experience in fields such as aerospace, consumer devices and sports equipment. She enjoys taking clients through the patent life cycle, from invention harvesting and devising patent filing strategies, through to multi-jurisdictional prosecution and freedom-to-operate reviews. She has private practice experience advising on patent matters for clients from SMEs to multinationals and is skilled at liaising with clients, from inventors to foreign attorneys and in-house IP practitioners.
Rebecca enjoys mentoring trainee attorneys and paralegals as they prepare for qualification examinations, regularly providing internal training sessions.
