Renowned for its experience in patent drafting and strategic patent prosecution, and a go-to practice for litigation in high-tech patent cases, EIP's Digital team has been engaged in many of the highest profile patent litigation cases in the UK and Germany, and oppositions at the EPO, in recent years. EIP Digital team members are appointed to many high-value matters which require extraordinary levels of expertise, including licensing, technology standards, pre-litigation analysis, and litigation itself, with high rates of success. Many of these members operate at the intersection of various cutting areas such as electronics and healthtech, AI and drug discovery. We have attorneys with varied experience, with many having spent time in-house.
