Sunny works in the field of IT and engineering, with particular emphasis on telecommunications and software technologies. Sunny has in-depth knowledge of 3GPP telecommunications standards and works closely with the legal team providing support on standard essential patent litigation matters. Sunny is well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.
Sunny’s work is mainly focused on the contentious side, and he has extensive experience of acting in large scale UK patent litigation and in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation including the UK, US, China and Germany.
