The 2018 edition of the Legal 500 has been published, with recommendations for nine EIP partners.

Head of Litigation, Gary Moss, is said to “boast tremendous strategic vision and provide utterly sound commercial advice”, with the Litigation team as a whole being praised for “producing ruthlessly successful results from a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere”.

Patent attorneys Jerome Spaargaren, Heather McCann, Laurence Brown, Andrew Sharples and Darren Smyth were highly recommended, with Iain Russell noted as “extremely technical but also very personable”.

EIP Brands was also praised, with Claire Lehr commended for “going above and beyond” and “truly delivering in her work”, and Paula Flutter being recommended as a “key figure”.

The Legal 500 rankings are based on feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide, submissions from law firms and interviews with leading private practice lawyers, and a team of researchers who have unrivalled experience in the legal market.
