Benjamin Levine is a UK and European Patent Attorney and Managing Associate at EIP, with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property law and a strong technical background in electrical and electronic engineering.
Benjamin specialises in drafting and prosecuting patents across a wide range of technologies, including robotics, electronics, and control systems. Prior to joining EIP, he served as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at a UK based robotics company, where he led a team of attorneys and played a key role in managing a global patent portfolio and supporting high-profile, multi-jurisdictional litigation.
He holds an MEng and MA (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is a Registered UPC Representative. His approach combines deep technical insight with strategic legal thinking to deliver commercially focused IP advice to clients ranging from startups to multinatonal corporations.
