Biography

Isabelle is an attorney-at-law since 2014 and a member of EIP's litigation team in Düsseldorf.

She is an experienced patent litigator with a strong focus on high‑stakes patent litigation, representing clients in complex infringement proceedings, before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and German national Courts. Isabelle advises on litigation and enforcement strategy, including procedural tactics, and the coordination of parallel national and UPC proceedings.

Isabelle speaks German and English.

Representing Claimant in several PI (preliminary injunction) cases and main action regarding mechanical instruments.
Acting for IP Bridge v Huawei, ZTE, and Xiaomi in comprehensive SEP litigation relating to FRAND licencing.
