Meet the talent acquisition team

Chris Ball
Chris has been involved in Legal & IP recruitment since 2006 and working specifically within the IP sector since 2009. As Head of Talent Acquisition at EIP, Chris manages the firm's global talent acquisition policies. He oversees all aspects of EIP’s talent attraction, whilst retaining an operational focus on overall strategy, senior management and fee earner recruitment. He acts as first point of contact for potential recruits and offers candidates an initial informal conversation or meeting to talk about roles and give them an overview of the firm.

Laura Kamzola
Laura brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at EIP, gained from experience across legal, professional services and the health and social care sectors. Her background includes hiring for a wide range of roles, from support roles to senior leadership, giving her a broad understanding of organisational talent needs and dynamics. At EIP, Laura focuses on the recruitment of business support professionals, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s operational teams. She is also active in supporting EIP's graduate schemes and trainee recruitment. Laura combines her academic foundation in Business and Management, with hands-on experience to deliver thoughtful, strategic hiring solutions. Laura is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences. She stays ahead of recruitment trends and technologies, always looking for innovative ways to enhance hiring outcomes and support EIP’s long-term growth.
