Chemistry World: proposals for a unitary European patent, by Darren Smyth

Darren Smyth, head of EIP Elements, writes in the April issue of Chemistry World about the ongoing proposals for a unitary European patent.

In an opinion article, Darren highlights the flaws with the current system and outlines the situation concerning the proposals to achieve a unitary patent for the EU member states and set up a central court system.
