Dimitri is a senior associate in EIP's litigation team in Düsseldorf. He advises and represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law. His focus is on advising and representing clients in cross-border patent infringement proceedings in various technical fields, especially telecommunications, and all FRAND related matters at all relevant patent infringement courts in Germany.
Dimitri is also well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.
Dimitri joined EIP as a law clerk while completing his legal clerkship at the Regional Court in Mannheim. He has a law degree from Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. Dimitri speaks German, English and Russian. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
