Sebastian is a patent litigator and has worked for major IP law firms. He completed a PhD at University of Münster having researched European Patents and the Unitary Patent system for his thesis. Sebastian is well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.
His litigation experience covers proceedings in the electronics, automotive, medical devices and pharma field.
Sebastian is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
