Rachel Bunn

Rachel’s primary focus is on the transactional side of IP including purchases, licences, development agreements and joint ventures. She has almost 20 years of experience in IP having held major positions in both national and international law firms.

In her role, Rachel seeks to structure risk-managed IP deals that deliver outcomes tailored to clients’ commercial objectives. She has worked extensively with IP rich entities, often acting as a ‘virtual’ General Counsel to boards of directors, helping to secure and leverage strategically important IP through carefully drafted agreements, decisive action and creative solutions. Rachel has particular experience in FMCG, electronics, software, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors.
