Legal 500 Deutschland ranks EIP’s German team

EIP’s German office has been recognised for its expertise in patent litigation in the latest edition of Legal 500 Deutschland published today.

Legal 500 notes EIP’s ‘specializes in extensive cross-border infringement proceedings’ and that partners Christof Höhne and Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky‘have established the law firm as a permanent fixture in Germany’.

The team received excellent feedback including ‘top litigators, strong team’, ‘efficient team that works at high speed’ that ‘understand sophisticated technology quickly and can explain it in simple terms’.

Partners Christof and Florian are described as ’a well-established team’ and ‘skilled litigators who complement each other very well’. Other feedback notes ‘when it comes to reaction times, both partners cannot be beaten’. The wider EIP team also received recognition with commentary that the partners ‘have excellent support from Isabelle Schaller and Dimitri Kosenko.’
