EIP's German office has been recognised for its expertise in patent dispute resolution and have been listed in the latest edition of Legal 500 Deutschland published today.

Legal 500 notes EIP's ‘extensive experience in the coordination and management of patent infringement proceedings' which are complex, cross-border processes in the field of electronics are the main focus‘.

The team received excellent feedback including ‘top litigators, strong team', ‘efficient team that works at high speed' that ‘understand sophisticated technology quickly and can explain it in simple terms'.

The German team are recognised for ‘gaining a foothold in the European market' and ‘now following and competing with the most renowned law firms on the market.' Feedback of Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky notes that he is ‘diligent, creative and available at all times, which suits us as US customers.' While Christof Höhne is stated as ‘A FRAND and SEP expert in a class of its own!'
