Court orders Apple to change statement on Samsung registered design case

Apple has been ordered to change a statement it made on its website acknowledging that Samsung did not infringe its registered designs for tablet computers.

Partner Gary Moss was at the UK Court of Appeal on 1 November to report on the case for the IPKat blog.
