Partner Darren Smyth will be a guest speaker at a Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Law Group seminar on IP case law.

The annual seminar will focus on recent high profile IP law developments in chemistry and takes place on 20 November at the RSC in London.

Darren, who is head of the EIP Elements practice, will present on UK and European implementation of the Nagoya Protocol.
