With London Fashion Week bringing the cream of the international fashion world to our doorstep, London’s fastest growing boutique intellectual property law firm, EIP today open their ‘IP Atelier’ to designers.

If you are an emerging fashion brand who needs a guide to help you map out a route through the potential jungle of intellectual property rights, get in touch with us and come for a coffee and a free half-hour ‘IP Fitting’ in our café.

Head of EIP Brands, Simon Stanes has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry all the way from Doc Marten boots to couture shoes. EIP Brands is supported by a team of specialists in the trademarks and design fields as well as experienced IP enforcers in EIP Legal.

The aim of the ‘IP fitting’ is to give new talent access to a taster of the strategic IP advice EIP regularly provides to established clients. The short informal session will provide basic awareness of the key issues facing fashion brands and a clear roadmap for IP protection as their success grows. Not to mention a nice cup of coffee.

Please contact Simon at brands@eip.com or via Twitter @EIP_Brands.
