EIP ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK 2027, with three lawyers also recognised

EIP has been named a Leading Firm in the Chambers UK Guide 2027, with rankings across three departments:

• Intellectual Property: Law Firms with Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, London (Firms): Band 1
• Intellectual Property: Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, UK-wide: Band 2
• Intellectual Property: Patent Litigation, London (Firms): Band 3

Three EIP partners have also been ranked. Gary Moss is recognised as an Eminent Practitioner in Intellectual Property: Patent Litigation, London (Firms), and has now been ranked by Chambers for 24 years. Heather McCann and Jerome Spaargaren are both Band 1 in Intellectual Property: Patent Attorneys, UK-wide.

Chambers recognised EIP for its patent litigation work and its strength in disputes concerning FRAND licensing and standard essential patents. One client said the team has "leading experience in FRAND strategy, backed up by technically superb patent attorneys."
