EIP's German litigation team has retained its ranking in JUVE Patent 2023. JUVE Patent comment that the team 'owes its good market position to its work in high-profile mobile communications and connectivity cases on the patent holder side.' while also recognising 'the team is branching into more and more sectors, among them consumer electronics' and has 'landed its first client from the medical technology sector.'

EIP's two German partners were praised by clients and competitors: Christof Höhne is described as "extremely pragmatic" while Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky received feedback that he '"always delivers, often on extremely tight schedules" and is "a pleasure to work with".
