Phillip Bennett to speak at San Diego IPLA meeting

Partner Phillip Bennett will be speaking on the topic of patent eligibility at a meeting of the San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association.

Phillip, who heads EIP’s office in San Diego, will join a panel presentation on what subject matter in the computer, electronics, and biotechnology industries is patent eligible in the wake of the Bilski, Prometheus, and Myriad cases.

The dinner meeting takes place at the San Diego Marriott Del Mar on 21 November.
