The Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice (JIPLP) has published an article by Darren Smyth and Robert Barker in its April 2016 edition.

The Technical Board of Appeal has analysed the divergent jurisprudence in relation to partial priority at the European Patent Office, and referred questions to the Enlarged Board of Appeal.
