Gary Moss, head of EIP Legal, was a guest speaker at the 2013 High Technology Protection Summit held at the University of Washington.

The conference was organised by the Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property (CASRIP) and took place on 26-27 July in Seattle.

Gary presented on the European Unitary Patent to an audience of US, Japanese, and German lawyers and judges. Gary shared a panel with Dr Jochen Pagenberg of Bardehle Pagenberg, Munich; and Mary Ferguson of Finnegan & Henderson. The panel was moderated by Prof Mario Franzosi of the University of Milan.
