Partner Heather McCann has been invited to join a panel of speakers at Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association’s event “Obtaining Unitary Patents - Effects of UPC Ratification & Creation of New Pan-European Patent System”.

Heather will be discussing The Unitary Patent, and the structures and responsibilities of the Unified Patent Court, alongside the other panel members.

The event will take place in Palo Alto, California on Thursday 26 October.
