Building a Resilient Quantum Patent Portfolio: Winning the Race to File First

Partner and European Design Attorney, Richard Gordon-Brown, has been invited to contribute to the Community Designs Handbook.

The Community Designs Handbook, published annually by Sweet & Maxwell, is one of the leading texts on Registered Community Designs (RCDs). The Handbook takes a ‘how to’ approach, guiding the reader through the various stages of registering an RCD, and is a valuable reference for patent and trademark attorneys.

Richard takes over responsibility from Iain Russell, head of EIP Designs, for Chapter 3: Making a Registered Community Design Application.
