Maximilian Häger

Maximilian joined EIP's Litigation team in Düsseldorf in 2022 from a well-known international law firm where he had spent several years working as a research associate. The main focus in his previous role was on dispute resolution, in particular, commercial law, international arbitration, litigation and ADR. Maximilian is well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.

Maximilian holds a law degree from the University of Cologne, where he studied with a focus on intellectual property and competition law. During his legal clerkship, Maximilian was trained in Cologne’s District Court and Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as in a leading international law firm in the field of corporate and capital market law.
