Getting to the EIP London Office

Fulwood Place, where our office is located, is a narrow alley off High Holborn, with a Japanese barbeque restaurant Kintan at the corner. Currently, the building where Kintan is located is covered in scaffolding, which partially obscures the entrance to Fulwood Place.

From Chancery Lane Station (Central Line)

Approx. 5–6 minutes’ walk

1. Exit the station via Exit 4 – High Holborn (North Side).
2. Continue straight (west direction) on High Holborn in same direction as the station exit.
3. Walk straight until you reach Fulwood Place on your right, a narrow alley with restaurant Kintan at the corner.
4. After a short walk through the narrow alley— our building, Fairfax House, will be on your right.

From Holborn Station (Central & Piccadilly Lines)

Approx. 7–8 minutes’ walk

1. If you leave Holborn station via main exit, you step onto Kingsway
2. Turn right to reach High Holborn and turn right onto High Holborn.
3. (Alternatively, there is a subsidiary station exit that leads directly onto High Holborn, in which case turn right out of the station)
4. Keep walking along High Holborn (east direction).
5. Continue straight until you reach Fulwood Place on your left, a narrow alley with restaurant Kintan at the corner.
6. After a short walk through the narrow alley— our building, Fairfax House, will be on your right.

From Farringdon Station (Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan + National Rail)

Approx. 12–15 minutes’ walk

1. Exit Farringdon Road, and you step into Cowcross Street.
2. Turn left out of station if you come from EL or NR, and right if you come out of tube station for other lines.
3. Turn left onto Farringdon Road (south direction) and after about 100m bear right into Charterhouse Street.
4. After another 100m bear right onto Holborn (west direction).
5. After passing the junction with Gray's Inn Road, Holborn becomes High Holborn.
6. Continue straight until you reach Fulwood Place on your right, a narrow alley with restaurant Kintan at the corner.
7. After a short walk through the narrow alley— our building, Fairfax House, will be on your right.

Taxi / Ride‑Share Drop‑Off

Ask to be dropped at:

“Fulwood Place, WC1V 6HU — near High Holborn.”

Our entrance is on the right‑hand side as you walk down Fulwood Place.

Accessibility Notes

• Farringdon Station offers full step‑free access from street to train (Elizabeth Line, Thameslink, and some Underground services).
• The walk from Farringdon provides the smoothest route if mobility support is required.
• If you need assistance on arrival, our reception team is available Monday–Sunday, 8:00–18:00 (open on bank holiday as well)
