An article written by two EIP attorneys has been published by US journal Intellectual Property Counselor.
Partner Paula Flutter and Associate Stephen Scott’s co-written piece is the leading article in the May issue of the journal. It relates to the latest in the ongoing trademark dispute between Anheuser-Busch and Budvar and a recent appeal to the European Court of Justice.
