EIP will host a One Nucleus BioWednesday seminar entitled ‘Managing IP Litigation on a Budget’.

The event takes place at EIP’s London office on 3 July from 6pm and registration is open to all members of the One Nucleus life sciences network.

The seminar will explore the ways in which companies can control their costs in litigation and also secure greater certainty as to the level of exposure. It will feature specialist litigation solicitors, including in-house Counsel with significant experience in conducting high profile litigation cases in multiple jurisdictions.
