EIP Germany has been named as a top patent law firm 2021 while Litigation partner Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky is also recommended in the current WirtschaftsWoche listing in the field of "Patent Law".

The Handelsblatt Research Institute interviewed more than 1,500 lawyers in 200 law firms. The selected lawyers were asked to name their most renowned colleagues. According to the jury's assessment, 23 firms with 37 lawyers prevailed among the patent lawyers and 25 law firms with 19 lawyers among the patent lawyers.

EIP Germany is focused on litigation and has two partners and four associates based in Düsseldorf. The German office has developed a strong track record in multinational patent litigation, particularly in the field of electronics. This also involves parallel anti-anti suit injunction (AASI) measures and advising clients on a number of landmark cases.
