Ben is a UK and European Patent Attorney who joined EIP in late 2020. Ben works with companies of various sizes in technologies across small and large-scale engineering, computer-implemented inventions, electronics, control systems, and healthtech. In particular, he has substantial experience working in automotive engineering, wind turbine design, power plant and grid management, robotics, graphics processing, payment applications, cardiovascular and other medical devices, smart textiles, and wearables. Ben is well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.
Ben also holds a Master’s degree in Acoustical Engineering and has experience working with a multinational civil engineering consultancy.
