Liz McAuliffe

Liz is a qualified solicitor and specialises in contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation.

Liz’s background in aeronautical engineering makes her particularly suited to litigating patents in the technology, telecommunications and engineering sectors.

Liz has also practised in Dubai, UAE. As a result, she has extensive experience of intellectual property disputes and enforcement matters across the Middle East and North Africa. She also has experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictional actions in terms of both technical and strategic coordination.

Liz holds a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from University of Oxford. She also completed the Legal Practicing Course and the Graduate Diploma in Law, both of which she passed with distinction at BPP Law School in London.
