Partner Darren Smyth has made his first blog post for The IPKat following the announcement that he had become a full member of The IPKat team.

Darren’s inaugural blog is a follow up to a report he wrote last year while a guest blogger for The IPKat, in the case Smith & Nephew v Convatec Technologies, relating to antimicrobial would dressings impregnated with silver.

This latest post reports on the result of the appeal.
