Alice Mastrovito, the head of EIP Brands, recently held a webinar on European-Canadian Trademark Protection and Related Ethics for the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).

Her fellow speaker was Mark Evans of Toronto-based Smart & Biggar Fetherstonhaugh, one of Canada’s largest intellectual property law firms.

The webinar on 6 June explored the protection of trademark rights in Europe and in Canada for European applicants, with practical advice concerning the key differences between European and Canadian trademark law and practice.
