Monika Rai has been ranked as an 'Influential Women in IP' in World IP Review (WIPR) Diversity 2022 which has recently been published.

Monika, Head of EIP Life is a proud immigrant who specialises in advising on patents in the life sciences sector and her experience of two decades includes stints in-house and at private practice firms in the UK and India.

Monika has spoken on the challenge of attracting women into careers in STEM.
