EIP has hired IP solicitor Emma Muncey to strengthen its EIP Legal practice.

Emma joined EIP from the London office of an international law firm where she worked in the commercial litigation and technology transaction groups. She is based in EIP’s office in London.

Emma focuses on contentious IP matters. She has experience of proceedings in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court in matters that form part of wider multi-national disputes, as well as experience in drafting commercial IP agreements.
