Inside the Visser AI Launch Party

On 5 May 2026, clients, colleagues and friends of EIP gathered at The Boundary in Shoreditch to mark the official launch of Visser AI® - EIP's hybrid intelligence service for patent drafting and prosecution. We captured the evening on film, and we are delighted to share it below.

A different kind of launch event

The Visser AI launch was conceived as more than a celebration. It was a moment to bring our clients, attorneys and the wider IP community together for an honest conversation about how AI is genuinely being used in patent practice today — beyond the hype, and grounded in the work our team is already delivering.

The film captures something we think is hard to fake: a service that has matured quietly inside a leading patent firm, and is now ready to step into the spotlight.

So, what is Visser AI?

Visser AI is EIP's hybrid intelligence service. A dedicated team of European and US patent attorneys, working to deliver high-quality drafting and prosecution at the USPTO, the EPO and other territories on request.

The premise is simple. Much of what goes into a patent specification or a response to an office action is structural, repetitive and well-suited to acceleration: organising disclosure material, generating embodiments, checking claim-description alignment, formatting figures, structuring prior art analysis. That work can move faster. Strategy, claim scope, argumentation and judgement still sit, firmly, with qualified attorneys.

Visser AI separates the two, so clients pay attorney rates for the parts that genuinely require them, and benefit from the speed and consistency of AI for everything else.
