EIP has retained its rankings for Patent Litigation and Patent Attorney work in the 2024 edition of Chambers & Partners UK.

Researchers comments that EIP is "highly regarded for its excellent patent prosecution and oppositions practice" and "much-admired in-house patent litigation team."

A source notes: "The EIP team is exceptional. I have not met anyone at the firm who is not exceptionally polished and value-adding. They are in a different league around vision, strategy and outcome." Further feedback includes: "EIP have repeatedly demonstrated their ability to handle technical nuances and details from our highly specialised field and apply these to our business priorities."

Partners Gary Moss, Jerome Spaargaren and Mark Lubbock all received recognition as leading individuals.
