EIP Digital team members are appointed to many high-value matters which require extraordinary levels of expertise, including licensing, technology standards, pre-litigation analysis, and litigation itself, with high rates of success. Many of these members operate at the intersection of various cutting areas such as electronics and healthtech, AI and drug discovery.
