Peter has over 25 years’ experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney, a large majority of which time being dedicated to work as a registered U.S. Patent Attorney. Peter specializes in drafting and prosecuting patent applications with particular expertise in medical technologies, including work with medical device, biotech and pharmaceutical inventions. He also advises on technical areas including mechanical, chemical, computer, electronics technologies, energy, and green technologies.
Peter has also been involved in trademark, trade secret, and copyright protection as well as in intellectual property litigation support and transactional activities including licensing and due diligence review. Peter also provides client counseling, legal analysis and opinion preparation in any of these intellectual property regimes.
