Calvin Williams

Calvin is a patent scientist with a background in Aerospace Engineering having gained a Bachelor of Engineering. For his final year project, he conducted research into X-ray diffraction studies of lithium ion battery electrode materials, in particular investigating the use of operando techniques for evaluating battery performance.

Prior to joining EIP, Calvin was a trainee Patent Attorney in a different firm where he assisted in the drafting and prosecution of several UK and European patent applications. These applications covered a broad range of technologies including gas turbine engines, electrical machines, marine outboard motors, and laparoscopic instruments.
