Schi-Hwa Chae

Schi-Hwa joined EIP in 2020 and is an associate in the Düsseldorf office. During her legal clerkship she gained experience in patent litigation at two international law firms. Schi-Hwa is well placed to advise clients on the new Unified Patent Court (UPC) - see further details at EIP Amar, our alliance created to support clients in any litigation before the UPC.

Schi-Hwa completed her law degree at Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Münster.

Schi-Hwa is fluent in German, English and Korean.
